What Is Touched By A Child Foundation?

Touched By A Child Foundation is a non-profit organization that was started by a family that has successfully adopted 11 children with special needs from the foster system and have also birthed 7 children of their own. 

So their family has grown to be touched by 18 children. 

They believe that all children need parents, a home, siblings, and a loving nurturing environment. After seeing how many children need homes, it became the mission of this family to help other families meet the needs of children and ensure that every child possible be raised in a home, not in foster homes or orphanages. 

What Is Their Mission?

Touched by a Child Foundation's mission is to help protect the pure heart of a child.  Children deserve love and support from their families and our community.  We at Touched By a Child Foundation want to help and support you while you are raising your children and your grandchildren.

Purpose:

To provide opportunities for everyone to build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities by promoting positive parenting, healthy families, and homes where children are valued and loved.

1. A non-profit counseling agency with a sliding scale.

2. Parenting Classes with material from the, "Parent Project" www.parentproject.com
 
3. Grandparent Parent Project classes raising their grandchildren.

4. Dine and Shine Theater is designed to bring the family together for an enjoyable evening out and to teach parenting skills and character building traits through the dramas.
